Presence OS: Employee advocacy platform

Presence OS is an employee advocacy platform that Abdur Rehman worked on as an engineer. AI drafts posts for each employee to review and publish. It pairs a web admin portal for the company with a mobile app for employees, and both run on one shared API and database.

The problem

Companies want their people posting about their work, but most employees do not know what to say, and marketing teams worry about posts going off-brand.

What I built

A company admin portal

The company manages its people and their activity from a web portal, with role-based access and an audit log.

Drafts for each person

AI writes post drafts, and each employee reviews, edits and publishes from a mobile app.

One backend for web and mobile

The admin portal and the mobile app share one API and database, so rules, drafts and activity stay in step.

How it runs

The core loop, from the moment something happens to the moment it is handled.

How it runs: Admin portal, then AI drafts, then Employee posts.

What changed

  • Employees get a useful starting point instead of a blank page.

Under the hood

  • React admin portal
  • Flutter mobile app
  • Node.js (Fastify) API
  • PostgreSQL
  • LLM-based writing features

AI development

Summaries, drafting, voice-to-notes and document extraction, added to the product you already run.
