The short version of how this works.
What happens on the intro call?
You tell me what you are building and what is in the way. I tell you honestly whether I can help, what the first step would be and roughly what it costs. It takes 20 minutes and there is nothing to prepare.
What happens after I send a message?
I read it myself and reply personally. If it sounds like a fit, we set up a short call to talk through the process or product. After that you get a short written scope and a fixed quote.
What should I include?
What the process or product is, roughly what it costs you today in time or money, any deadline, and links to anything I should look at. A few sentences is plenty to start.
What if AI is not the right answer?
Then I will tell you so. Sometimes the right fix is a simple automation, a small script or a change to the process. You will get a straight answer either way.
